HEALTH & WELLNESS

Basic needs and overall wellness (both physical and mental) are paramount to a successful day at school. The Source maintains a fully stocked pantry, school supplies and snacks for those in need. We have a quiet space for anyone who needs to take a break (maybe pet Riley for a few minutes). We also offer a variety of recreational and cultural activities to round out the high school experience.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Source is committed to supporting the mental health, well-being, and educational success of all students. We build public and private partnerships to ensure quality services that are effective, culturally appropriate, and responsive to the diverse, changing needs of students and their communities.

IMPLEMENTATION

This is accomplished through best practices in comprehensive counseling services, prevention programming, advocacy, academic support, employment services, family engagement, basic need fulfillment, free public education / forums, and collaboration with community partners.
